Stop the Twitter bots stop the spam
Have you had any of these tweets recently? I can name a few that I have had and they really do frustrate me as there is nothing you can do to prevent them, they are in my opinion worse than email spam. They aren’t even from a real person so even If you complain or respond to the tweet you won’t necessarily get a response from them. Worse than that you will probably get another spam tweet for contacting them.
What do they provide to the person receiving them, is there any benefit? In some cases they could be useful although I can’t think of any right now. In my experience more often than not they are a waste of time and just clutter my twitter account. Have you had any experience of Twitter bots?

The Importance Of Link Building With SEO
There are many facets to successful SEO, but one good basic place to start is with link building. Almost everybody who has had a site for a bit already participates in some form of link building. Simply put, it involves putting a link to another website somewhere on your page, in exchange for that website doing the same thing for your site. This is an effective tool that acts as a sort of advertisement for you in the eyes of the search engines, and it will work even for small sites.

Careful with Those Shortened Links
Tinyurl.com started the trend some years ago, and now URL shortening services are everywhere, from social bookmarking sites to mainstream media sites which have their own shortening engines.
In a web that more than ever moves at 140 characters at a time, those services are quite handy (especially the ones that let you track the statistics). Shortened links also have a drawback, however, which is the fact that you can’t see where the link is pointing. Bring malicious users into the picture, and you can see the security risks. There are websites that will try to inject malware in your system as soon as you visit it. Others that will try to set special filters in your Gmail account and so on.

3 Methods to Showcase Your Best Content to New Visitors
Making sure that new visitors can easily access your best content is indeed very important. Here are the three methods to achieve that.
1. The “Popular Posts” Section
This is probably the most common method, and it involves creating a section in your blog template where you can display your “Popular Posts.” Those posts can be chosen manually by you, or you can use a plugin to rank them according to page views, comments and the like.
Usually this section goes in the sidebar, but it can also be placed in the header, footer, and below single posts (e.g., aside or replacing the “Related Posts”).

Five Sure-Fire Introduction Formulas
Imagine this: you come across a blog post that assumes you have $5,000 to spend on a start-up website, and asks if you think you’d blow it on the wrong things. Sounds like you’re interested in your budgeting now, huh?
The hypothetical situation is great for drawing attention from specific types of readers. It takes some imagination to put yourself in the shoes of readers, but once you’re there, they’ll follow you wherever you take them.
